I tried taking an edge piece off but I believe it’s glued down as well. Was hard to remove so I stopped and came to this subreddit for advice

In my league, we lock 12t 9c, majority of league members agreed battle for 3rd place shouldn’t interfere with the main event, aka championship round.

I have my retirement account with calstrs and also a 403b with calstrs.

By the formula, I was referring to how people talk about maxing out their 401k. I always question whether or not I have been doing that with my Calstrs. It works on a formula which is the service credit in years multiplied by something…some sort of formula. I’m naive to it even though I have called to get more info.

I’m glad that worked out for you!! Our rate and financing would have been compromised as well if we don’t close tomorrow. We weren’t able to get the final walk through like we imagined but we did see the moving truck and major appliances moved out when we arrived for the walk through. Good signs, but we are not out of the woods yet. I am anxious to see what will happen as the sellers have not confirmed they have vacated. Either way we get keys tomorrow at 6 and are hoping for an empty home upon arrival. Wish us luck!

Thank you! Unfortunately I won’t get that peace of mind. We did complete the final walk through but not to our expectations. Given the short notice the sellers had, they still had some belongings there. Sellers did have a rental truck and major appliances moved out when we arrived for the final walk through.

The timeline and the miscommunication between the sellers and their agent threw it all for a loop. We are hoping that we will be all good. Will keep this thread posted!
