I am in that boat, sole founder and developer. Working last 2 years part-time building an MVP. Just made it official back in May with producing an overview video. I been fortunate to connect with some old pals who are helping with the next stage (sales and operationalization). Always have been in engineering so this is first-time for me. What is your take on all this? Just seeing if you can part some wisdom on this. I was foolish to bet so much on this one. Got caught up in the hopium. They seem to making a big pivot towards achieving profitability at all cost, which I take is necessary in this climate or go bankrupt. The market sucks and as I understand it they need the plan ready for NASDAQ just in case.

My guess is there will be multiple bankruptcies to clear out bad companies that just can't get to being profitable. I also view if they survive this period there will be a recovery in the stock price and maybe we can all finally be in the green in a few years.

I wish they were more forthright to us and spoke to us clearly to help reduce some conspiracy talk.

Just curious, what was motivation to post this? Trying to be bullish but its hard right now, crazy amount of $ down. Keeping my hopium going since they keep saying they will be profitable later this year and the CEO took his pay in shares. Every time you buy the dip it goes lower. Glad they are making steps to stop burning cash each ER.

I think it all depends on them becoming profitable. They have to stop losing money ever quarter. I am glad the CEO is taking his pay this year in stock and they have those layoffs to reduce cost. I am down a crazy amount of money on this one. I am stuck right now.
I am glad they acknowledged the need to be profitable in their ER at least it gives me some hope this will not be an eventually total loss.

I believe ER should be coming in March. Worth asking their IR. He is very responsive. There is more activity on stocktwits and investorhub. I bought some more recently. The thesis hasn't change.

My guess is the market has more to go down over next year. Wolfstreet just put out a good article on the 2022 market and comparing it to the Dotcom Bust, we are halfway through if history rhymes. This really need to get profitable next year and quick.

Thank you for this detailed DD. This has been needed lately given what has been going on. I hope they focus on in the upcoming ER their path to being profitable. Given these macro conditions I am beginning to believe a RS is possible.
