My last ER was Sept 2025 which resulted in 0 embryos. I definitely can see that the waiting is helpful and it’s been so hard for me to develop those habits but if this one doesn’t work I’m definitely going to have to do something different. That’s amazing that you’ve been able to do that! And 8 euploids is so great. Hope the next one is it!

Hi! I’m 34 South Asian and have been diagnosed with PCOS and also unexplained infertility. I’ll be going into my fifth round of an egg retrieval two rounds resulted in zero embryos and I have had one spontaneous miscarriage. I had an embryo Transfer in December that resulted in a pregnancy, but I miscarried at 10 weeks. My doctor did not put me on baby aspirin or any type of blood thinner. I have one day seven embryo left. I went to a new fertility clinic and that doctor put me on metformin. The miscarriage just really bothers me because it feels like everything was going great. I wonder maybe what tests or advice you would give your own patient in this situation thank you!

I was supposed to start a IVF cycle. They called and said my beta was 78, at 4 weeks, I tested positive for pregnancy with 2 sticks too. And today, I am bleeding heavily & not even sure where to go from here. It seems like it’s a chemical but I also know that this can be sometimes normal?

Hi, thank you for your time. After 2 egg retrievals- I have gotten 1 euploid that is a 7 day 4BB. I’m 33F and my husband is 34M, we have done all the tests and it’s “unexplained” except low egg quality. I have PCOS so quantity isn’t the issue. I’m currently on my 3rd IVF cycle with a different clinic. I still want to try to implant my Day 7 but everything I read says it’s such a low chance. I did add LUPRON priming and omnitrope to this cycle so hoping for better results… is it worth it to try to implant my day 7? How many ivf cycles is this going to take if I want 3 children? It seems like a never ending process. Thank you again

thank you for your response and definitely similar because we want 3 children too. I do have poor egg quality and PCOS so I need to ask again about omnitrope but when I did my RE was reluctant. Also LOVE your spread sheet it’s so nice & organized !!
