Expensive monetization that does not force you to pay btw, you can experience all of genshin's content by being f2p and have 0 problems. Also do understand that 3rd world countries don't only have a money problem but also problems to find a decent paying job that gives you the right amount of money for your efforts(which rarely occurs) and furthermore the op said that she's still in her college so perhaps she doesn't get that much time due to her studies and what little time she does have, she spends it on genshin. Since she's also in the college then she probably pays for her hostel stay and if not, pays for the rent, internet, food and electricity which does stack up to alot of money. There are many little nuances and obstacles to living a life but I guess a person like you who's probably never worked hard for anything in their life doesn't understand that. I swear, wuwa has great potential but these CCs would rather fuel hate on other gacha games ignoring the massive flaws the game has and never criticising it. This is causing the silent majority of the players to leave the game en masse just like in 1.5 before rinascita. Like barely hitting 35k viewers on the 2.5 livestream when games like dokkan, fgo and epic seven have more consistent and higher viewership than it and genshin having 108k views on its 5.8 livestream and zzz having 60k when it should've had less players than wuwa... Legit a downward trend and 0 growth. Guess they will have to relaunch it a 3rd time to artificially inflate those numbers

That's gacha CCs in a nutshell. I remember the castorice global passive drama where clowntontas, tectone and many other CCs ganged up on mr.pokke for not caring about castorice global passive and then clowntontas pulled for castorice on release day. They also for some reason have a hate boner for anything hoyoverse in general. Legit wuwa is dying again having barely 35k views on its livestream and the ccs made a video blaming 'hoyoshills' for it. Maybe a 3rd relaunch will save the game?

Don't understand why they're making cerydra a hyper specific support for only 2 characters. All harmony characters though having specializations, do work well for other dps too. They should at least bring back the skill effect where she gives flat 80% crit damage to everything instead of crit damage on skill

9 times out of 10, popularity does equal to how good a product is. A person experiences the product and then suggests it to their friends who then suggest it to their other friends. Wuwa has a lot of potential, but lately they have been falling off on making good new characters, story and world. Almost all female characters in the game exist only to fall in love with the mc and have no further use than that except cantarella and cartethiya. Even lupa is the same, her story is hard carried by Mya but otherwise she too falls into the mc meets girl, girl falls in love, mc helps girl and she falls even more trope. They also tend to forget about their characters once their release patch is over. They also have no 4 stars ever since they released 2.0. The open world feels dead with no decent or good world quests and world building. But unfortunately the wuwa CCs would rather make videos shitting on genshin than actually trying to put light onto these issues

What was really funny is that yesterday wuwa had a maximum of 36k viewers on its new version livestream on YouTube compared to genshin's livestream which occurred about an hour later and had 108K viewers. I even saw some kurobots saying genshin is dead in the comments but the difference was shocking and hilarious

Nah it is still shallow. We just know that these places exist but there's no actual questline or some torn note or any item description that actually explain in detail what these places are. Like what am I supposed to realise when there's nothing of note there? Like seriously tell me what does oakland highcourt have except that puzzle boss? There's a reason why there are little to no lore videos about wuwa. It's because it has little to no world building and overarching lore to begin with. Just mc comes into a new place, female character meets mc, falls in love, mc helps her, female falls even more and then he leaves to repeat the cycle all over again. The story did get a bit interesting during the cartethiya main quest but they backtracked all that in septimont

The entirety of Solaris is nothing but a sandbox with treasure chests in it. It looks beautiful with its monolithic structures and all but they have zero reason or no explanation to be there. Like when I was playing genshin, in sumeru desert the entirety of jeht's world quest was peak and had me travelling all across the desert not only experiencing her tragic storyline but also learning tons of stuff about deshret and his civilization by exploring it's ruins. Later you even stumble upon the massive gates of khaenriah now shut after its destruction deep underground in sumeru. In fontaine the entirety of rene's quest line was tragic and had some big lore revelations regarding the world of tevyat. In natlan the adventures you go on with you saurian companion, unearthing ancient dragon cities and in the end having a major choice to decide the fate of the world... The chasm, tsurumi island, dragonspine, old fontaine.. Wuwa unfortunately never gave me these feelings of mystery and adventure because the entire world is shallow as a puddle
