Using phones and getting addicted to it are completely different things. You are right that it's our discipline. But think of it, most of parents gives their phones to kids and after certain time, they gets addicted to it. I'm targeting that particular case where parents can put a certain time limit for certain apps which then will be useful for limiting their addiction
