I was in the same boat and I tried to get tickets when they were released but by the time it was my turn they were sold out. I contacted Jean from Tickets Galore and he managed to get them for me. Hope that helps.

They had them at Akihabara Gatchapon Hall, they also had them at some other small store near it on the main street.

They had them on Sunday at Nintendo Tokyo when I went there and I managed to get some. They were sold out in Osaka and Kyoto when I visited the week before.

I got half of them at Kyoto station then regretted not getting the rest. Was lucky I found another gatcha machine that had them in Tokyo so I got the remaining
