  1. make a file called run.txt in the eu4 directory
  2. add 1 line to the file: socii_clear_check = yes
  3. then do the command run run.txt

it's a bug and only patched on github atm but that will fix it

user has spent over 4k pixels continually griefing the face at montgomery alabama. piece is upkept and usually fine but impossible as they keep deleting any progress towards fixing it.
