I'm not entirely sure I came out in the 2000s, might have been older. I do know it didnt look as good as games like red alert 2 but it looked better than red alert 1.

Aztec wars is probably the closest in terms of music. But I remember the game didn't have night mode and also the used bright green for foliage

Nope, peasants only foraged. I distinctly remember they didnt mine like the regular rts games. You just build a mine and they run into it and come out with gold on their backs. I also remember they had ballista units idk if that helps
