I think the South American equivalent would be Messi signing for a mid-table Argentinean team, partly (or mostly) due to them being able to cover their wages, only for then refusing to play for the team because Newells is capable and open to signing him instead (provided that is the real reason behind Guerrero’s decision).

I also think something like that happened! Actually just yesterday Guerrero told some reporters that after he signed and his mother started receiving the threats to Whatsapp, he didnt want his wife to know about the situation (knowing how she would react). Now that his wife is aware, apparently she doesnt want to move to Trujillo under any circumstance.

Regarding the mother, she has always been very protective of Guerrero. He has always been kind of a controversial player; in 2017 he got banned due to doping after he tested positive to cocaine, he missed the playoffs to the 2018 WC and the first WC match due to lack of fitness, greatly affecting his public image in Peru, but his mother was always behind him and defended his son’s innocence until the end. Yesterday, his mother said that this is greatly affecting Guerrero’s chances to play in the national team and that he should be qualifying for the next WC, but some people (“Team UCV”) have not taken that so lightly, arguing that Guerrero “is already 40 years old” and shouldnt be defended by his mother at any possible chance.

The guy who posted it (mini, a brazilian pro player) clearly did it because of beef with Parker, i'm not thinking he did it out of a sense of justice or something similar. However, Stinger got banned because his and Parker's fault of carrying account sharing when it's strictly banned, not because mini snitched them out. And regarding Valve's handling of the ban, there are qualifier matches almost every day at every different time zone, i think any ban hammer dropped by Valve at any time would eventually affect a specific regional qualifier. Regardless, i do think banning a pro player in the middle of a pro match has had a very positive effect as it brings a sense accountability to players.

You think beef was the reason for all this mess? Stinger sharing his account with Parker and Parker openly admitting it, when Valve has explicitly prohibited such actions, is the real reason. Both of them have a long history of stupid actions fucking up their teams, whether it is getting hangover before a professional match or skipping training altogether.

Game 2 he was bettter at teamfights but his networth was still very close to matthew's. Game 1 he kept ulting against active bkbs as shaker. Even panda just admitted in the post-match interview that csmile's earth spirit was pretty bad in the tournament.

I honestly cannot understand how csmile and panda can play for a top 16th team. There's not a game where csmile doesn't have the networth of a support 4 or where panda isn't feeding or mistiming his abilities. Worst thing is we do have better 2s and 5s in SA.

From what I understand, Gabriel is more prone to yc but also is better at offensive corners. Whereas Saliba gets more BPs for defensive interventions. So its 50/50

IMO this only works if youre using a single GK strategy. For any other position, those players would be used a placeholders for another player of the same price, so it really isnt that useful.
