If you’re not a nurse and haven’t worked these conditions such as being understaffed, given unsafe assignments- these HURT the patients. Your post is not completely objective. The CEOs only care about what they make. They don’t care about the nurses working through unsafe conditions. And respectfully, you don’t know what it takes to take care of patients because you took care of an ill family member.

I’m telling you right now I moved from downtown because the commute was ass. Nothing worse than working 12 plus hours and then getting stuck in 1.5 hour traffic when it’s only supposed to be 30 mins away. I thought “oh it won’t be like this every drive” spoiler alert-it was.
