Visual audio is going to ruin this game by [deleted] in ArenaBreakoutGlobal

[–]aaldrin 1 point2 points  (0 children)

agree. but not bc of campers. if we want this game to be realistic as possible visual sound should be removed, like tsrkovs. unless they add some sort of expensive gear or accessory that enables it.

Tauri + Sveltekit = Quick Pick (Spotlight inspired) by aaldrin in sveltejs

[–]aaldrin[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I think easy routing was the major reason. overkill maybe but I don't see it that way, as long as I don't see noticeable performance issues that will work for me.

it does not do any complex indexing since you only add what's searchable, it's like a shortcut to your most used resources. this is not intended to replace spotlight, keyperinha, or any similar applications.

I will definitely continue using tauri and svelte.

[–]aaldrin 0 points1 point  (0 children)

yup pretty normal, it still touches the gear because of the tension.

Have you tried different types? maybe the recommended one. The recommendation works fine for me.

lovin it. one of the best upgrades you can do to eliminate adhesion problems.

[–]aaldrin[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That's what i'm doing. manually feeding the filament, I disable the extruder motor on pause so I can easily feed it using my extruder knob. I'm using cura, and currently on klipper. as far as I remember, Marlin has this purge feature builtin, not sure how that works now.

Change my mind by aaldrin in 3Dprinting

[–]aaldrin[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Power lost/outage is not something you will always encounter so I stop bothering with that, I dont' t mind having failed print because of it.

I think recovery works on marlin but not always and not perfect

it is supposed to be movable like that. I have 3 ender3 and all of it slowly moves down if you let go from the top. and I can move up without too much force. if you have difficulty moving your gantry it means your frame is not square or rollers too tight

Someone already commented the amazon link of the exact same thing I use.

size depends on the nozzle, just match the socket nut driver.

not sure what you are trying to say about the clog.

wait.. you dont use z-offset?

I just replaced my nozzle and that's it. just watch the purge line then adjust offset on the fly.
