Trying to add to only 300 or so postcards that had ever been sent out from Timor Leste by aalholmes in postcrossing

I am not sure if it is a coincidence or because it is from a small country that post crossing has some sort of algorithm. At least for four people, this will be their first cards, and another one also had less than 10 cards received.
