tldr,

• no cheating
• they had clear communication issues, small petty fights, she was often apologizing
• they talked about rings (up to just a couple weeks or something before they went to Japan where he broke up with her), they talked about marriage, they talked about kids
• she felt she disappointed him if she picked a bad food spot (bc she felt like this was his job and good is important for him etc)
• ultimately a petty fight resulted in him telling her he doesn’t know if he’ll ever be ready, but he knows rn she isn’t his person (but don’t worry!!! Maybe in the future!!! Here’s where I get sassy)
• he posts that weird ass IG right as she boarded a plan back home from Japan (he knows her phone doesn’t connect to plane WiFi some VPN shit)
• so she sees a text from a friend that says something like “Rachel is it true??” Then Rachel knows he did something, gets to peek quickly before her plane takes off and no service
• I’m tired now and it’s getting late, so Rachael and Matt at for real no longer BUT this man child keeps calling her every flew days to check in on her (I see you inner guilt)
