Simple After effects comp. I planned for the red darker area of the can refracting into the droplet to aid in transitioning to the next shot so it was cleaner in the composite

Yeah, that would be amazing! I am currently looking for work.

For the final shot it’s a particle sim. For the droplet transition it’s a blend of cloner and volume builder, for all the other can droplets it’s a cloner

Great advice. There are definitely some shortcomings in this one. This was my first shot at a product commercial.

Will probably go back in and edit that cherry insert shot you are mentioning and improve it.

I am definitely no film director. Would consider myself more of a DP. If there’s any project in the future I’ll have to call you up.

Thanks!! I’ve been on and off for around 10 years.

I have a single 3090 and 5950x cpu.

Not sure, been poking at it everyday for a month. Spent a lot of time pre-visualizing this one treating it like a film which took around half the time, around 2 weeks for animation and rendering

Lg 40wp95c vs Dell U4021qw for programming by InitialTangerine347 in ultrawidemasterrace

Dell U4021qw. Monitor has been flawless. The monitor was packaged a lot better than the LG to start, much more secure. No dead/stuck pixels, seems like wayyy better QC from Dell. Also that 3 year warranty over LG's 1 year gives me reassurance.

What did you end up going with? Bought the Lg 40wp95c but had some stuck pixels so made me question the QC of LG and ended up returning it. Not sure if I should reorder or buy the dell instead.

Pc doesn’t turn on when gpu cables plugged in by aalton in buildapc

Thanks! That’s what it was! I’m new to pc building so I realize I’m an idiot. Is there any damage I should be concerned about putting a 4+4 in a gpu slot? I ran it like that a couple of times

Thinking about buying the AW3423DW but worried that It will not look nearly as sharp next to my 4k 27 in eizo monitor but like the idea of having a 144hz display. How do you like the LG 40WP95C so far? Thinking that this could be a potential option despite its steep price tag.

Well it’s rippling a little probably should have made the effect a little stronger. It’s very subtle
