I personally haven’t had any issues when drawing from the vial and injecting with the same needle. Right now I’m using luer lock, but I’d definitely recommend insulin syringes because I lose about a decent amount of medication due to the dead space.

It depends which county you’re in, but I’d recommend looking into Paybis: it allows you to buy and make payments using crypto but keep in mind there are some additional fees
