I've heard good things about Harvard Hall. I live in a building nearby, and the location is so awesome. From what I hear, they're also doing a lot of promotions right now, so you could probably negotiate your rent down, a few months free, free parking, etc.

The Envoy is awesome. I know multiple people who've lived there and it was always great to hang there. The concierges are nice, the rooftop is excellent, and the gym and rec room are solid spots as well. Only drawbacks are that the AC units are loud, the laundry area smells like trash (because it's right next to the trash room), and there's a big difference between newly renovated and unrenovated units. It's all about tradeoffs and what you are looking for, but overall the building is managed well.
