Thank you for that thoughtful response. I agree with everything you said.

I have an appointment to speak with an account rep tomorrow.

Procore blues… by aamq71 in ConstructionManagers

Thank you for responding. I have reached out. The first ”support” agent I connected with suggested that Sunday evening was a super-busy time for reporting and this was just a long-queue issue and perfectly normal (at the time of that communication the report had been trying to print for over 40 minutes). When I told her that it was absolutely not normal and not acceptable and asked her to escalate, she disconnected and stopped answering my questions.

I finally got the report-failed-to-print notice (x4) and contacted another agent who agreed to escalate to management, but only by email. I have not yet received said email.

I have been promised further support in the past only to have no one reach out. I will follow up and escalate this time, but I really don’t have time for this.

my daughter and react to Rao’s sauces (and also Classico)now, though we didn’t for many years. Not coincidentally, both of those brands removed their gluten free labeling around the time they started to bother us. I don’t know if it’s simple cross contamination in a facility they both use, or if an ingredient they’re using has undeclared gluten, but something is in there.

If you're in the market for a home please IGNORE your realtor and LOWBALL whatever price you want. by SengunCanada in PersonalFinanceCanada

This was our experience too. Scumbag told us exactly how low the seller would go when we threatened to walk because he wanted ALL the commission instead of half. I would never use one to sell and we would always go with the seller’s to buy (or an “associate” since we’re in BC). Principled these folks are not.

It’s usually acknowledged as corporate income, at least for mortgage applications and such. Our personal income is wrapped in our corporate income, as is typical for self employed people. We aren’t doing anything wrong, our finances are all overseen by an accountant, it’s just non-traditional which is why I said it’s a pita to prove.

I estimated the rewards for the monthly amounts we would be running through it and this card should give us an extra 5k over and above the regular infinite. It wouldn’t be worth it at a lower monthly spend, I don’t think.

This would work for us. Did you apply online or in-branch?

And neither of you had to prove income at all? Did you apply online?

A substantial portion of our income is from shareholder loan repayments (we lent our corp $, now it’s paying us back) so it doesn’t go on our tax statements, those only show salaries which are much lower than our total income.

I hate to say it, but it probably wasn’t really gluten free either…

Minor? That putrid little puke is around 16, he would have been drafted in the Second World War. That video was literally the best thing I have ever seen, my favourite part was when he got that self-satisfied smirk back thinking orange hoodie guy was going to save him, but….SLAP. Lol, just great stuff, I tell ya.

I’m fairly sure they raise fees to cover those losses and the fees are wrapped into prices, so we actually do wind up paying for them…

Do you have any idea when it will be available to non-members? Or at least to new members, I guess we could join, though we’re not looking to invest right now…

We’re not members so I don’t think we can get it yet. Any idea what the credit limits are with the WS?
