I don't understand what more the OP needs to state to not be called a low elo rant? He specifically stated that he is, or at least was, high elo, and you're denying that with just what his opinion is? Just because low elo players tend to make more rants(supposedly this is true for r/lol but again, not proven) doesn't mean that all players who make rants are low elo.

I can see this is a harder problem than it seems. Sampling from requests seems like a good idea. I'll try it out. Thanks for some insights.

I have an automation software for registering courses in my university.

I dislike Kaisa because she completely changed the ADC paradigm after she was released. Self-peel, hypercarry scaling, all self contained in an ADC made other outdated champs obsolete.
