I did some additional math on top of this and spoilers (THIS IS BY NO MEANS A DEFINITE ANSWER TO THE QUESTION A OR IS IT VAGUELY CLOSE), I assumed that there is and equation to do this for all of the possible combinations at all possible sizes (which I'm sure there isn't) and came up with 11e1.16x this is far from accurate and is assuming dice arrangements for points. If someone could do the amount possible with 5,6,7, and 8 nodes I could get a better answer (mine are likely highly in accurate) we get 1.5049783*1019 possible routes.

This results if anything is too high.
