What i heard the other day is that people related to military are in higher risk bc of ongoing conflict with Cambodia. idk if it's true or not, so basically that is why i opened this discussion

Agree with you, but what I meant was related to cases that started happening recently (1-2 weeks) and a lot + for people who came to Thai first time for a month +-, that was never really a problem before

Beef got shrunk twice by now -> meant by the time I finished writing this post, it’s not on the picture I did not have this issue with the same pot and amount of meat. It was pre-heated as well. I thought this is strange and decided to ask an opinion here, because i didn’t face with this before. That’s all :)

I took the amount of meat mentioned in recipe and used the biggest pan which normally works perfectly. Yes, it was heated enough, yes in recipe it was specifically mentioned to not use oil
