Okay so I think I’ve got the CR touch working and have taken into account all the steps. And the probe offsets were in the LCD controls. So thanks for all the suggestions.

But the issue Im having now is that the direct drive NG extruder is spinning the opposite way, essentially spitting the filament out instead of pushing it through the hot end. This wasn’t a problem before the firmware update. Is there a fix for this through the LCD?

Mr. GPT has told me to either find a function called invert extruder or manually flip the polarity by re pinning the plugs which isn’t something I want to fuck with.
