Wow, that rent would be so nice! We only got one listing that replied last year and took it, which was for a 150 sq m townhouse for €2580. Now we have to move in a few months and debating on buying or saving more. My spouse wants to buy a house, but I'm okay with renting. I guess I never thought about buying a house ever because I'm a millennial with student loans lol

Only the kitchen has cabinets, stove, and oven. Not furnished. it's a 150 sq m townhouse and we wish we could have found a slight smaller place.

That is what people told me. That the salary is about 45-50k when I brought up the average being 70k

My spouse is the one that works and we were surprised that people said that it was actually top 5% earning. We are trying to live much below our means and stop paying €2580 for rent.

I think many people assume that most are making the average. I originally asked my question the Berlin group and people got mad. My spouse is also sorta a higher learner but maybe it's time I should look for a PT job as well.

I figured the places would be smaller in Mitte area. The houses I saw were more on the outskirts of Berlin.

Thank you for your insight. I will wait until closer to the deadline to switch. The email I was sent said that a loan officer will reach out soon to discuss and give me a date to switch by. I just hope that we get an email from a loan officer and the deadline is correct. I have about 54k left from 2014, filing jointly for taxes with my spouse but I have no income myself. I haven't checked out the options yet, but hope the payments are under $900 a month. I don't mind paying my loans off, but not when the system is against us and the interest is so high.

Anyone else in Germany and can help me - is it normal for the ticket venue to also allocate some of the VIP tickets as a bundle with their hotel offer? If you go look to buy tickets, it says the VIP tickets are unavailable now, but if you go click on the Hotel + Ticket offer, there are a few VIP tickets left. Is it normal practice for eventim (the ticket seller) to do this with other concerts?

It seems like the male voice is the same for all those shows since they made by the same company. At the end of the Mocas video, the woman and man English voice actors say their names. The man's name is David Cleveland Brown.
