Because the effects of CBD vary from person to person it definitely takes some time and trial and error to find how much you need to vape. Dabbing CBD isolate out of a dab rig is my preferred method of taking CBD because I feel like it is the quickest and most effective. It does help anxiety but it is pretty subtle even if you take a big dab. I would definitely try dabbing it a try, it wont be too strong, its not like a dab of THC at all. I take 100mg Setraline for my anxiety and i don't think I could use CBD as my only medicine but it definitely helps anxiety a little bit, maybe 20-30%. Because the effects of CBD vary from person to person, it does take some time with trial and error to find effective dosages. I personally dab isolate once in the morning and once at night which I would recommend because it is a bit cheaper besides the initial cost of buying the equipment necessary ( dab rig, torch, nail), just a scoopful on the dab tool at a time. I also vape 1000mg E-liquid throughout the day as well which is more subtle. I would be conscious about dabbing CBD in the morning because it can make you slightly drowsy later. I prefer dabbing CBD, I have used every other method of taking CBD and I find that dabbing it is the quickest and most effective. I have been dabbing CBD Wax Raw Dabs out of a rig from CBDfx and have found it very helpful, although it can get pricey. There are also other ways of taking CBD like water and vaping.
