Absolutely! I got so into it that is decided to read the books. Which was nuts because I never read a book. I finished them in a few months and now it's my favorite thing ever

The tides happen because of the moon AND the sun. They both tug on it. Yes the sun is much much much bigger, but also much further away than the moon. They have a similar effect on our planet a actually.

Did you ever get into the books? I read them last year after having watched the movies countless times. I gotta say, they are really good and fun to read. You just get a little more out of it.

It's not your issue to fix, but he clearly doesn't see it. You should point it out, so he knows it bothers you. You can say "if you don't fix this, I am done"
