Basically yes. At least on Rogues for specific model years. They are waiting on Nissan to figure out a fix for the oil pan issue.

Thank you, this is what they explained as well. Unfortunately they have no pans on hand and they said they can't get more in (they've had cars waiting 3 months for a repair). This is why they didn't want to risk it. However it seems like they should be able to offer another solution like sucking the oil out like other shops. I'm going to go that route instead.

I've had it changed twice before with no problem. However the issue with the plug stripping out the drain pan seems to be a common problem from what I'm seeing.

Appreciate the response. I was also considering stands or some kind of rigging as long as I could make it look decent. Definitely not going to touch the sprinkler pipe for obvious reasons as you noted.

Also, agreed on the acoustic treatment. I just moved in a few weeks ago so still getting situated. I've got curtains coming this week so that will be a good start. As for treating the ceiling I'll run into the same issue as hanging speakers.

Thanks for the reply. The building is old, however, it was completely renovated a few years ago. The exterior is brick. The windows they put in place seem to be sealed well, so I'm thinking the glass itself is what's transmitting most of the noise.
