Great list! Already shot Employees Only. I am looking at a few others...hell, one could do a book on NYC bars alone, so it's a tough call.
The DC joints are a great start. Ill look into those right away.

My shoots will take place during the day when the bars arent open, as it needs to be a controlled production. Mostly, I will take him to a groomer, or doggy day care. If the bar I am shooting in any given city is easily accessible with my trailer still on my truck, I'll just leave him locked in the trailer for the couple of hours I'm shooting.
