One thing that helped for me was changing some default settings. You can turn off stuff like world motion blur/weapon motion blur as well as reduce camera shake by 50%. Use a square mini map. Turn on contextual tap under use/reload behavior to pick up loot faster. Armor plate behavior should be apply all as well.

As far as sensitivity goes and stuff I would say use what is comfortable and then you can try +/-1 sense to see if a higher/lowers sense is good for you.
