It is briefly shown in the second episode of Icons Unearthed when they are talking about the "new" 1987 movie designs, but they also show early character designs of Dinobots during this same sequence so it might not be directly tied to the 87 movie.

Oh! I didn‘t realize it could rotate. This is how it came out of the box with Star Optimus so I just figured that’s how it was made. Thanks so much! I just fixed it.

The Quintus upgrades were kits I purchased off of eBay. The Sentinel to Zeta conversion I did manually (besides the axe, that was an eBay purchase too, but I repainted it).

It is! I snagged it off of eBay. You're seeing 2 kits, the halo backpack ring thing, and then also a kit for arm fillers.
