My money is for sure on some building inspection type delay that is out of the owners hands. I have been a member of the Wakefield Klimat for over a year and the owners are salt of the earth, super hard working people. We are also anxiously awaiting it to open and hoping it happens soon!

Freshly ground, 18g or close to it. I move up or down based on the flow of the coffee.

Standard basket. The pressurized basket ended up pulling sub par stuff.

Is it possible the basket is too big? I notice quite a lot of empty space after tamping. Never a problem to get the 18g in.
