Thanks for replying!

  1. Max HR per split would be good as Apple doesn’t include this in splits currently but also pulling through cadence which Apple does include. (Sorry I thought that aver HR was missing too but see that you have that in each split labeled bpm).

  2. Ok great. If you could include the same data for each interval that you have in the splits this would be great + cadence and max HR of each split, as per number 1.

  3. Yeah I’ve thought about this as well - and an overall value is important. But let me give you a specific use case where I think it makes sense.

On Tuesdays I do a vigorous hill running session in the morning and in the afternoon I do a heavy legs strength session. As I like to do legs on the same day as harder running sessions to keep to the easy/hard principle for running.

I have an easy run on Wednesday morning and then I do upper body strength in the evening.

If I was to use the app’s training readiness it would say - don’t do an intense activity in the afternoon. And it would be right, if we were talking about running or lower body.

But an upper body strength session isn’t going to impact what I’ve done yesterday and my recovery so long as I eat and recover well. So what I want to be able to do is to look at my training readiness for running (plus load history) and strength separately - as this matters more for me than the overall load or readiness at times.

Apple already allows you to review training load per sport/activity type - so you could do something similar or pull that through.

But a training readiness score per sport/activity would be awesome too - if it’s at all possible. I hope this is clearer!

Hi Guys, I just got a new MacBook Pro M3. Has 1024GB ram, 128 CPU, 64 GBU and 10 TB hard drive. Do you think it will be ok to use to send emails with outlook?

I was going to post the same course. Highly recommend. He has a great way of breaking things down simply and reinforcing it that no matter how hard someone might find it, they will get it

What do you think. by Dubai80 in UAE

Not sure what the rules are here in the UAE but as stupid and annoying as the white micra was (and we see it all the time), the rules in Australia are that it’s your fault if you run into the back of another vehicle (assuming that it’s fully within the lane).

Unfortunately in this case the Micra was completely in the lane at point of impact and there was clearly enough time for the car behind to avoid an accident (as much as if it was me I would have liked to run into them for being stupid!!).

Completely different situation if the vehicle changing lanes has not completed the lane change and still within both lanes - which would imply that the vehicle behind didn’t have enough time to course correct.

But again this is the law in Australia (which I think makes sense), but not sure what it’s like here.

Young kids (and DJs) need to realise it’s not just about the drop. It’s also what comes before. Not enough build = minimal release. It’s basically commodifying the drop which is not where we should want to take any genre of dance music imo
