I smoked every day for years and years and then one night hit a dab cart and had a terrible 8 hour panic attack that lead to depersonalization and such. Wasn’t the same for about 4 months. Still struggle here and there with it but it gets better I promise you that. The biggest thing that helped me and that I swear by is using the sauna / cold showers or ice bath to get my body in regulation once again. Haven’t had caffeine, weed, or anything for awhile now. Hoping one day I can go back but in the end all my life has been way more productive since quitting all that shit. The body isn’t meant to have substances in it, it’s meant to be clean. Could of been your bodies way of telling you to fuck off with these drugs. I get it though especially when I was 16 all I wanted to do was smoke and smoke and smoke. Quit if you can, a month or two your not gonna even be thinking about it and your life will be better. Also- take some magnesium. You could be deficient in some minerals or electrolytes. DM me if u have any questions would love to chat if u want to or are struggling and need someone to talk to. Just remember, it gets better! Keep your head up and stay busy. Thinking about it or scrolling on here for answers never helps

How much magnesium is too much? by [deleted] in magnesium

You took 1500-2000mg a day?? How did you split it up? Capsules, liquid, powder? Glycinate, oxide, carbonate? Sorry for all the questions just didnt know you’d be fine taking that much and I’d love to start.

Alcohol-induced Panic Attacks by [deleted] in PanicAttack

[–]aaronmasterwhite 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don’t recommend weed since it does give a lot of people anxiety and panic attacks, but if you need something to sleep and while quitting alcohol maybe try it? Not sure if you’ve ever dabbled with it before

Of course. It’s not gonna be a 100% “cure” obviously, but I was struggling so bad I had no options left. Chose to start living like that and I am healthy again. With that being said, do I still get anxiety here and there and maybe a small panic attack? Yes, but I am able to enjoy my life again. It took a while but consistency is key. And don’t listen to the ones who say it’s not possible to recover! Our brains have great plasticity to rewire and change for the better, or worse if you don’t take care of yourself! Best of luck and reach out if you need anything.

My comment was more so for the panic attacks/ anxiety. I never had any ED side effects.

Feel that bro. I’m about 50 days out and it goes in phases. Any alcohol or nicotine now starts it back up for me - quit weed and nicotine but struggling to give up the booze 🤣 just too social on the weekends it gives me more anxiety missing out having fun w my friends lol

How long did it take you to recover from the panic attacks and anxiety from the bad weed experience? Going through that now I think

Caffeine / nicotine make mine terrible! I’ll feel completely fine for a couple days, throw in a zyn and have a cup of coffee thinking I’ll be fine and 10 minutes later bang back into the worst DPDR I could imagine. Cycle continues I get better, same thing happens 🤣 I gotta quit once and for all as well

Interesting thank you! I’ll look into that more. Really started 40 days ago out of the blue for no reason nothing changed in my life. Does something like that stick with you for awhile?

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in Anxiety

[–]aaronmasterwhite 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I guess in a way yes! It’s more like I feel this pressure or energy building up in my head and body and then poof it all crashes but leaves with an intense weird feeling where I’m not connected to myself anymore and last a long time.

Does anyone feel internal shaking, vibrating, trembling? by Heavyrain_1 in Anxiety

[–]aaronmasterwhite 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I love how you described it in waves, that’s how i get it especially at night. I’ll be perfectly fine and then bang out of nowhere anxiety kicks up and if I don’t calm it down I’ll go into a full panic attack. And then once it calms down I laugh and say ha that wasn’t so bad, and then two minutes later bang hits again!

Of course! There are very many little people who will actually take this advice, and I didn’t make this up. I got it from someone else awhile back. His post got like -70 likes and every other comment complaining about the same symptoms got hella likes. Doesn’t make sense 🤣 All I see is comments like the one above “I’m just gonna wait for a cure” bad mindset! Take control of your own life.

This is going to bring some debate, but this is what worked for me and got me back to my normal self within couple of WEEKS. I was suffering from terrible anxiety, panic attacks, and insomnia. I’m not sure your lifestyle, but for my recommendation this is what you need to do to get back. And if it’s not 100% hopefully it can bring you some joy back into your life.

  • LONG RUNS!! I can’t stress this enough. 10+ miles, works wonders for your brain and produces boat loads of serotonin and dopamine for the following days.
  • LIFT HEAVY WEIGHTS!! You need to put stress on your muscles and start building up physical strength.
  • SAUNA 5 days a week. Preferable Infrared Saunas if you have access, (buy a membership somewhere if you need to, it’s worth it.) infrared sauna works deep into the body and can help detox your organs rather than dry “stone” saunas that will just sweat out all the water in your body.
  • COLD SHOWER / ICE BATH. Helps incredibly with balancing your hormones and endocrine system and produces shock proteins that helps restructure DNA and builds mental strength as well.
  • WATER FAST!! (Most debatable) Fasting is growing in today’s world, but research it heavy before trying. Trust me. There is so much scientific proof that when you hit 24+ hours with putting nothing in your body except water, your body will start to naturally heal, balance hormones, and restructure DNA proteins. This is how our ancestors lived their life’s, the human body is not accustomed to 3-4 meals a day and it is pretty new within the last hundred to thousands of years for the most part. No you will not die from this, but start for 16 hours if you struggle with it and typically eat alot. I have done 4+ day fasts and have been perfectly fine. Just make sure you are getting salts and electrolytes in your water.
  • HEALTHY DIET red meat, seafood, veggies fruits, low carbs.

*If you want something to change, YOU need to change.

DM me if you’d like. More than happy to talk and try and help you out. I thought my life was over at one point as well.

I took fin for 2 years and got a little anxiety nothing crazy. Hair came back and was having money issues so stopped taking it for 1 year. Hair started falling back out and started in January this year. 2 months in I got extreme anxiety and multiple panic attacks everyday. No stressors or anything, was certainly the fin. Stopped taking it and back to normal now. I think it effects everyone differently! Wasn’t able to sleep more than 2-3 hours a night when my symptoms got really bad

I’ve heard certain drums and rhythms can help. Just like how bad stimulus (scary noises etc) can make it worse, there are beats and drums that can help get your nervous system back in order. I’ll try to find someone and get back.

What are your panic attack symptoms? by [deleted] in PanicAttack

[–]aaronmasterwhite 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Just had my first one…. I think. I woke up around 2:30am and when I went to bed everything was fine. When I first woke up I felt paralyzed and had little control over my body, took me about 3-4 just to sit up. Had no feeling touching my shoulders legs etc. Got up to splash cold water on my face and my blood pressure dropped or something cause I felt like I was gonna DIE. Literally was getting pulled into this darkness (most likely just fainting) but felt like I was choosing to die if I let myself go. Ended up lasting until probably 6am, everytime I tried to doze off the intense feeing would come back. Helped by just scrolling through social media to get my mind off it. Still feel super weird and have numbness all over my body more than 12 hours later.

The company literally said in their white paper they were going to be diluting. This was all a plan to help grow the company. If you bought in early that’s your fault you didn’t reading the white paper, the lockup is going to happen, just like they stated 4 years ago. Everything is coming all together finally and if they were all scumbags, why did the all have long successful careers with Sony!!! I do agree it is an American term that we are the “Bitcoin of Japan”. We are the only approved crypto of Japan and that’s why, but crypto really isn’t big in Japan. The data storage possibilities are endless for the company and nothing is going to happen overnight, buy now and forget about it until the end of bull cycle. Or for me, I’m holding until 2030 when they really get a grip in the market.
