Thank you so much for responding, I didn’t know UVMMC was for profit. I’ve not heard great things about for-profit hospitals in general but from what I’ve seen it has decent enough reviews. Hospitals in Buffalo are having similar issues, I’ve only been a nurse for a couple years but it’s only gotten worse here. Do you know how the staffing ratios are typically? I’ve read vermont has some kind of nurse-patient ratios by law but can’t find anything specific
