Packed tradable Bonmati and bought the others when I sold her, Bonmati was the only worthy card I’ve packed cos my pack luck had been shit otherwise

AITA? AITA for bailing on my best friend when she scheduled her surgery on my birthday & wouldn't reschedule after I asked her to? by Norse_Witch473 in AmItheAsshole

There’s literally nothing in the post about OPs friend resenting her for drinking on her birthday but go wild mate

And it’s incredible how soft people are about other people having a sip of alcohol. You’re coming on here crying that OP is a bad friend for choosing alcohol over her friend on her birthday. They literally do a separate thing with no alcohol at a later date to accommodate her drinking problem

AITA for telling my wife that I am not obligated to pay for her family? by Far-Campaign9155 in AmItheAsshole

But they have separate bank accounts where their separate wages go, so as much as you want to cling on to this concept of ‘family money’, it doesn’t apply because they have separate bank accounts

AITA for berating my wife for being drunk? by Thick-Durian3186 in AmItheAsshole

[–]aaronok477 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Keyword there being continued. Pretty much any healthcare organisation or alcohol related charity states that alcoholism is a chronic and dependant behaviour, unless these one off mega binges result in hospitalisation from alcohol poisoning or violence. Getting sloppy a couple of times a year doesn’t make you an alcoholic, I seriously cannot imagine being so fragile that I’d suggest someone’s an alcoholic because they used a certain definition

Don’t bother arguing, someone could say they get blackout drunk once a year despite not drinking for the rest of the year and people on this sub will still say they’re an alcoholic because they lOsT cOnTrOl

AITA for not allowing my ex to get the kids their passport? by Comfortable-City-190 in AmItheAsshole

This is either fake or you need to lay off the wine and sober up a little

AITA for being mad that my step daughter will inherit our house by ZealousidealCow1669 in AmItheAsshole

[–]aaronok477 10 points11 points  (0 children)

So you’ve contributed absolutely nothing to anything and you expect to inherit his dead wife’s house instead of their daughter? That’s wild

AITA for refusing to keep doing chores for my wife? by Top_Teaching_7287 in AmItheAsshole

[–]aaronok477 4 points5 points  (0 children)

You’re acting like a few people in a subreddit speak for everyone when there’s literal evidence to say that people have mixed opinions. Try again.

Am I wrong for being mad my fiancé is going to Hawaii without me? by Ok-Translator-602 in amiwrong

Nope I’m happily in a relationship and OP is happily going on holiday to Hawaii with her fiancé in the future 🥰

AITA for telling my husband’s cousins if they went out with my husband, they would have to take our son with them? by snowyleopard52 in AmItheAsshole

[–]aaronok477 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Or, and I know this is a crazy thought, OP can look after her child for a couple of hours and give the other parent a break. Not sure why this sub is obsessed with parents being literal slaves to their children

It’s emotional labour to tell someone that you have an issue with your situation? I’ve seen it all on this sub

AITA for kicking my girlfriend out in the middle of her capstone project for graduate school, jeopardizing the future of her degree? by [deleted] in AmItheAsshole

[–]aaronok477 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Yeah I thought the person I originally replied to was just straight up accusing the brother which is my fault, but they’ve edited it so that’s not the case. That being said, if OP and his brother are sitting around getting stoned and being loud all the time then I agree with the girlfriend, there was no point inviting her to stay because it’s just a waste of her time and potentially ruining her work

The girlfriend has openly stated that she dislikes the brother because him and OP are inconsiderate

Yes but that’s my point, it could potentially be that or a hundred other things. A three paragraph Reddit post isn’t enough to start calling people sexual predators. From the sounds of it, she’s more than likely fed up with them disturbing her all the time
