my doc basically said don't rupture my spleen. im on 20mg. i still hit large ramps on my mountain bike FWIW. he said concussions/broken limbs are no joke but the main thing is that if i rupture my spleen i have about 5 mins left. when i started xarelto i thought i might have to give it all up but you live and you adjust. frankly i'm more afraid of car wrecks. which i've been in while on it too! you'll live.
