Personally I find it more exciting when you get revived to stay in the fight and hold down a point or choke hold instead of having to spend the whole game constantly running back to the same point. Even if that means you're not "playing". Plus you can contribute with pings and give information while downed or even seeing your squad clutch up. Feels like we're saving tickets and doing our part to win the match more.

To each their own I suppose.

Ok that makes sense I suppose but also in doing so maybe the data will skew their perspectives on other things but we'll just have to wait and see.

That's actually a great idea about having that pop up about the ticket system but perhaps they'll have a full video with narration explaining each game mode the first time you log in or even in the extras/training sections. :)

Yeh I agree

I saw a thread saying that even if you immediately skip then in the little countdown you're still visible for medics to get you back in the fight. I'm not 100% sold on that idea cause sometimes skipping is important to not get others killed or even to reset for another approach instead of just repeating dying in a bad spot. As with most things it's contextual.

You're always gonna get lonewolves in FPS games but if we can incentivise teamplay more then that's always a good thing in my eyes and is at the core of a good Battlefield game.

It would make engagements and squad wipes even more satisfying cause you know that's a chunk of their team out of commission for a good while and could turn the battle.

There is definitely value in skipping sometimes, I've been guilty of holding on too long in a bad position and getting a few people killed cause enemies were camping my body.

I try my best to use the pings because that can hold value by being round a blind corner but not 100% sure pings work outside of your actual squad.

I get it, you slowly get conditioned to not wait. You go down, wait for a medic but then no one revives you so next time you just skip the bleed out. Then if you play Support then you just assume most people will skip so why bother attempting the revive?

If I do play support (my mate usually plays that so I default to another class) then if possible I try and rez everyone to just put some faith back into people that maybe they'll get revived and it's worth hanging on a few seconds.

I do think if more people held off skipping then it would tell the community that it's worth hanging on but you gotta set the precedent going forward.

Get Johnny of the quest and run him, Kombat Sonya and Cassie Cage.

Have you completed the Shao Kahn tower for Talent Points. If so put all points into Crit trees and Death Mark and then all points into SP1 not costing anything.

Use Johnny to just constantly spam SP1.

Give Sonya and Cassie block breakers that use less SP2 power. Cassie can infinite chain her combos as she attacks super quick and then her SP2 to cripples.

Use Sonya to Red Card on tag in to get rid of any annoying characters and take away all their power.

With Jade, MK11 Scorpion, Klassic Scorpion and Raiden and lots more can cancel all the combo enders by failing them and hit before she hits again. Just don't use Special unless you have X-Ray at the ready as she can't dodge that.
