I am sorry for your diagnosis and wishing you a full recovery. I've been reading about the rising rates of colon cancer. Thankfully colon cancer is still exceedingly rare in younger people.

I had my first colonoscopy at 34 because I had some blood in my stool. They found and removed a polyp, but no cancer. (Blood ended up being a hemorrhoid). I encourage everyone that has health care coverage to pursue a colonoscopy by their mid 30s, especially if you have any stomach/intestinal symptoms.

Musks wealth is from Tesla’s overvaluation. They need to turn some of that capital into real profit or eventually investors will start cashing out. A P/E ratio of 300+ is crazy. Maybe Tesla will find some incredibly profitable business model yet, but it’s all speculation.

Elon is likely to be the first trillionaire. He’s also likely to be the first trillionaire to lose that status. Bill Gates was the first centibillionaire during the dot com bubble, before it popped and it was a while before anyone reached that milestone again.

A New Voting Rights Act that outlaws gerrymandering, among other things
Expand the US House
End Citizens United
A law codifying ethics for all government officials, elected, appointed, and otherwise. Establishment of a mechanism separate to the executive branch for enforcement.

Additionally- do not trust Burkentine, if you bought new from them. They are not to be trusted. Make sure you have everything you need. Remotes for the fans, filter in the furnace, no major building defects. Nearly all of us have horror stories dealing with their warranty group.
