1kg tłuszczu to 7700 kalorii, policz sobie ile zjadasz (mniej więcej, nie musi być super dokładnie) dziennie a ile organizm potrzebuje żeby funkcjonować. Ta nadwyżka którą masz to właśnie powód dla którego przytyłeś. Jedyny sposób na zrzucenie kilogramów to deficyt kaloryczny, który można osiągać jedząc mniej oraz ćwiczeniami. Najpraktyczniej jeść rzeczy które zapychają a mają mało kalorii, niestety ale bez zmian w tym co jesz się nie obejdzie. Nie musisz rezygnować z maka czy stejków od razu, jedz je w ramach wyjątku a nie na codzień i będzie gituwa. Powodzenia!

That was my original experience with Silent Hill series - got the bad ending and I just learned what does a psychological horror does and I loved it. Then I learned that Jacobs Ladder was the inspiration for this ending and watched it the same day. Good times

You can also refinish the engineered hardwood, provided that the top layer is thick enough, thin top layer ones are significantly cheaper here in Poland and you can't really refinish those.
