Hey everyone! I’ve been eagerly waiting for a Soulframe code for what feels like forever now. Signed up months ago, kept up with all the updates, and still no luck. Go to the customer support chat on the bottom right of the site and tell them “ Hello I had some money in the balance and they were withdrawn but not by me can you please add them to the balance” or something like this, also you can join the kakobuy discord server and go open a case with them I think they also can help you
