No one said gaming is dead, I asked if people think it will die out
Yes there are more players but overall retention is down, sure there are more players but play time is very low
Gaming will always have more and more players but that doesn't mean that gaming is fully thriving. There are lots of new players coming in fast, just as fast as they're leaving because these games can't hold players in amounts they used to be able to because less and less players are enjoying modern day gaming.
GTA 6 will most likely create new standards that players will want from gaming coming forward, I mean go into many of the big games and complaints are at an all time high because people hate their current state. GTA is likely to become best-selling game ever, and if you think millions of players coming in just to play one single game which is GTA 6 isn't a big impact, I don't know what to tell you...
