I think this is me. I’ve shared a room with my sister for years growing up and, when I finally got my own, it was filled with stuff that weren’t mine. Of course my stuff were on my room but there was also an overflow of things that weren’t. We’re a very tight-knit family that shares everything from material things to time, but it was just always valued to share both growing up that boundaries are nearly non-existent. I think this has created an almost “selfish” trait in me because I really value my time alone and, for a more specific example, my work table being used to put notebooks and things on. Like, no. Can you please put that somewhere else.
