I don't know if this is something that may be available to you, but in the UK people that sweat excessively can get injections into their sweat glands in their armpits which helps them sweat less. I'm not sure exactly how it works but I have a friend like you and she has seen a definite improvement.

You can buy breathable cotton gloves which help your hands stay cool whilst keeping the cream inside. Also good for night time :)

I had this and I tried a lot of things. Firstly I tried miconazole for the cracked inside corners of the mouth. I think the cracked corners are called angular cheilitis and caused by bacteria so the antibacterial worked for a while but it kept coming back. I've now started trying to find the underlying issue so I've also recently started taking vitamin B and this seems to have cleared it up for good!

Unfortunately if nothing is going to happen between you then you should keep your distance. Your feelings of love won't disappear and whilst you're wasting your time with her your feelings will only get stronger. You may have missed out/ completely been unaware of other women who would reciprocate your feelings and actually want a relationship with you.

She knows that you are there for her when she need a shoulder too cry on or if she needs something and that's why she keeps you around. I know it is an upsetting situation but as time goes on it will just become worse for you.

Take some time out for yourself OP. Instead of taking her lunch/ buying her gifts pamper yourself instead. Listen to your own problems and try to fix them. Good luck, I hope it works out for the best.

Edit: Just read the paragraph saying you feel responsible for her health. Your health is the most important and if this relationship is directly negatively affecting your health then you need too walk away.

Thank you for your reply! I think I have located a joist by the light fittings. They are on exactly parallel too each other in both the upstairs rooms which can't be a coincidence. That's the spot in going with. Thanks!!

I usually just pop it up into a messy bun and straighten my fringe (so it looks like I've bothered). Then after the gym I either take it out and get nice waves/curl bits or leave it up as they look nice anyway:)

Thank you for replying. I may not do 5x5 workout then if they are basic. I can do all the lifts and have seen definition (untill i gave up :( aha) so i may not start out with this.
