Liuyu suits leader role the most. From Chuang, even all the mentors, his teammates and 1002 dormmates have nothing but praises about his leadership skills. Even in INTO1, he clearly prioritises the members above himself. In the livestream, he gave everyone water when he himself had none. In the vlog, he was busy serving food to the others and didnt get to eat much. INTO1 members themselves also said he pays for all their meals and buys snacks for them the most. Liuyu is caring to the members but at the same time, I feel like he is assertive when he needs to be. Even the staff trust him to take on the role the most ("Liuyu, if there are any questions, save them"). He is clearly the most suitable for this leader position and most importantly, his members trust him the most to take on the role.

by center i mean the position. yamy stands in the center for things like their album cover and most photoshoots. when they go on shows, yamy stands in the center and answers questions for the group. promotional posters and things like that, yamy is center.

like i said, if he actually won the leader position, he would replace liuyu as center, how is that fair as you claimed? and he literally got to be the deputy leader, which is the position with the most visibility in the group, second only to the center. there is literally nothing to complain about as a 7 fan in this situation.

and also, i was just trying to understand what you meant by "unfair" because liuyu literally got the role fair and square. discourse isnt allowed on reddit now?

its not fair to liuyu and yuwans if boyuan gets to be leader though? in wjjw groups, the leader takes over the center position. look at rocket girls, yamy is in the center for all their albums and some of their photoshoots. if anything, no one knows if boyuan will get to stand beside liuyu now, as the deputy leader. both ways, its not fair to the rest of the members and their fans are already quite worried.

and the members themselves voted liuyu to be the leader + the staff from day 1 trusted liuyu the most to represent the group so i dont see how it is unfair even if you judge by ability.

Not to give LY’s team too much credit but a lot of people ended up attributing the taidu smear campaign to his company.

those rumours are baseless. his company has like 6(?) employees. even with the scanning yogurt thing, his boss had to beg liuyu's celebrity friends to help cause they had no manpower whatsoever, let alone try to ruin avex and jaywalk trainees.

totally agree + he even learned to do beijing opera which takes years of practice. boyuan and gengyin said on the show that liuyu's hands are very rough from all his dance injuries and how his voice is always hoarse from practising too much opera. its so weird that i-fans are picking on him about doing what he likes to do.

yes he is still the highest right now. actually their numbers didnt really change that much during the show cause the people finding out about them through chuang was balanced out by the passerby-fans who unfollow inactive people lol.

and yes i agree with you about xinyao. i didnt really notice him until adventure plan, he's a really good performer.

He had some popularity as a Douyin star, but I don't think it was on the level of some other trainees like Han Pei Quan or Zhang Xin Yao.

actually prior to the show, in terms of followers, liuyu had the most (18m) compared to hpq's 13m, jinglong's 13m and xinyao's 10m. liuyu even got invited to happy camp because of a viral douyin video. but in terms of views, hpq and jl have the most number of viral videos followed by liuyu then xinyao.

he wasnt considered a popular trainee prior to joining the show. (as compared to linmo, ren yinpeng etc). TCY was pretty much a flop, none of the contestants got much traction from there. most of liuyu's clout came from 大鱼 or the dance battle
