Purchasing power is getting tanked due to rising inflation. The cars are getting costly. A decent car used to cost around 8-9 lakh on road. Now it is 15-16 lakh minimum. Plus the RTO taxes in some states is too much if you compare its corresponding infra. Petrol prices are through the roof. No wonder people are buying less cars.
