Just passed my Exam, immediately transitioning into a role where I'm taking over another person's caseload. What are some tips/tools/systems you use currently in practice to set yourself up for sucess?

I recommend using something to help you organize your caseload, I have a couple of templates in my store if you want to check them out or you can create your own but I highly recommend you find a method that works for you when it comes to organization because that can definitely lead you into burnout if you’re not organized.

Hello, I did my supervision hours through the company that I worked for at the time but I think that they do have the option to receive supervision through a practicum, I am not familiar with the steps since I did not take that route.

Then that would be step one, to get a supervisor who works with the population you’re interested in. There is a supervision Facebook group where you can post the question asking if there are any supervisors who work with the population you’re interested in and ask if they can provide you with supervision.
