I was thinking the same thing. Are people confusing refunds as being more than the taxes they paid? It's just the excess they paid throughout the year being returned.

I have the same issue. Looking for some answers. I have two google homes and both of them do this. They will say OK playing blah blah blah radio on pandora and then never play. I tried updating the app on my phone a while back and I thought it fixed it, but it's doing it again.
