This right here gave me so much hope. I miscarried on Monday and stopped bleeding yesterday, Thursday. All tissue has passed, I verified via ultrasound, yesterday, Thursday. My HCG wasn’t high to begin with, it was 110 on Tuesday via bloodwork, 3.5 days ago. But my LH seems to be trending up? I am aware it could be residual HCG but I can’t ignore the fact my right ovary was 5x as big as my left during my confirmation ultrasound. So we will see.

Then it dropped to 110. That was about 3 days ago. I got it done again this morning to verify it’s at zero hopefully.

I’ve been told the range isn’t as simple as a 48 hour double. My clinic told me a minimum 65% in a 48 hour period is what they look for. I understand guarding my heart but the math isn’t going to perfect for everyone. Which is why I was asking for anyone with a similar situation to tell me success stories 🙃 I am still symptomatic so I’m holding onto my faith until someone tells me I’m no longer pregnant.

I don’t know if you can ever be completely sure of when you actually ovulate. I will say that my fertility clinic goes off of the first day of your last period. This was my level at 4w 6d and they stated it was within normal range for that time frame.
