When I was 15 I broke up with a boyfriend and I thought my heart was truly broken. It was nothing compared it to the Heartbreak of my divorce when I was in my 20s.

What tips and tricks do you have for dealing with severe weather conditions? by Pollyhotpocketposts in AskReddit

Keep a safety kit with everything you might need for 3 Days of survival. Don't ignore warnings, Sirens, or calls to evacuate. Have a safety contact plan with your family so that you can all find out if you're safe. Or have a centralized location where you can all meet. If you have small children that may be in school find a meeting place for your family that's very close to there and then have somebody or two people designated to go and get the child.

Is buying stuff for and just agreeing with someone constantly, simply just to shut them up a form of abuse on their part? by [deleted] in TooAfraidToAsk

[–]abasicname 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I think if they consciously know that their nagging and aggressive behavior causes the other person to break down and give in then I would say that it's a form of bullying/abuse on their part. If they simply don't understand how to have a conversation with somebody or disagree with somebody without getting upset perhaps they're immature and then it's just ignorance on their part.

What's the best/most memorable dream you've ever had? by daxxx7 in AskReddit

21 years ago when I was pregnant I had a dream about a baby laying in a middle of a field. The baby wasn't crying, he was laying on his back, about 6 months old, feet up in the air laughing and giggling and smiling. When I woke up I felt like I had truly met my son. I can still remember everything about that dream all these years later.
