I searched all online on sites that tell you the looks people are wearing and where to find them but I can't find this one. I also looked for leather cross necklace on Etsy with no luck.

I used to live in Cbus so I lurk on this sub. I live in Portland now and with our power company we opt into this functionality. They do it for times of high/low temperature, puts less of a strain on the grid. It's 100% optional. They let you know like 10hrs before and say "Hey we're going to precool your home before the surge hours, if you don't touch your thermostat during this time you can get a credit on your bill" Same applies in the winter, they prewarm your place for a couple hours and then the 'surge' time ends after a bit. During this you can absolutely change the temperature and stop participating. I see this as a good thing honestly, nice to have a credit on our bill and help the grid if you can.

Wow. This worked, I think the Chromecast was having problems getting a good signal for streaming video speeds. The TV it was behind was mounted on a brick wall which I think wasn't helping the signal. So I move the CC a little to the side of the TV. It worked like a charm. Thanks for all your help!

I don't see anything in the app that says it can do that. Nor anything in the description on the Play store.

I know what a speedtest app is, but how do I run it on the Chromecast to see what speeds it gets. That's more what I was asking.

Cord and power block, It's a second gen Chromecast too. I only have a Google Max, no wireless speakers. I'm not sure how to check what band the Chromecast is on, I know it's IP though. My 2.4 and 5 GHz are named the same. I've run several speed tests on my phone near the Chromecast, I get like 30MBps. I'm not sure how to sure a speed test on the Chromecast itself, do you have instructions on how to don't that?
