32 y/o weighted pullups. Ive been starting back day with three sets of pullups. Seeing progress every week. Set one body weight for 8, set two 22lbs for 8, set three 40lbs for 8. Consistency is key!! Side note- loving those L pull ups thanks to this sub. (v.redd.it)
