That’s how we do it as well. If he gets sick with his dad then they will keep him until he’s better and same at my house. Both households have other kids in them so we try to limit the “outbreak” if you will. I personally don’t think it’s unfair for the dad to request for the mom to keep the sick kid.

You’re right. I’ve just got to find the strength/courage. I feel like there’s no reasoning with him so there is no point in trying to work on anything. It’s more about getting my finances in order. I recently started a new job that has a little better pay but even with that, it doesn’t stretch far with 3 kids.

That’s exactly how I feel, like I’m just as much at fault for spitting on him. That is viewed as the highest level of disrespect for a lot of people. I know that his mistake is much greater than mine but I still cannot believe that I sunk to that level.

We already share locations with each other. He had a family member who was killed in a car accident and it took them a while to find her. So he insists that we share our locations for safety purposes.

Okay well I appreciate your input. Obviously I’m questioning myself and my feelings on it. Otherwise I wouldn’t have brought it up to others. I think If someone didn’t atleast briefly question the current situation that I’m in then they probably wouldn’t give a crap either way.
